The summer has been short this year with some many projects going on! I just got back from a work meeting in Krakow, where I spent my birthday enjoying relatively cheap shopping, room service and other delights. It was such a nice city, too bad the weather wasn't great. I'm happy also that I got to visit a new country, I can now pin it on my world map...

In case you didn't notice yet, I have also been working on Science for All, re-doing the whole design of the site - again - and changing my wordpress theme to Thesis just for the homepage teasers that I love. This time, it was pretty easy to choose colors, as I already decided it was going to be pretty straight forward, black and orange, inspired from this GoldFish color palette (I know, it's hard to recognize...) and one of the Friendfeed's background. Gotta love Helvetica! I also wrote many posts and started translating some of them to French. I have now passed the "100 posts barrier" and I'm starting to see results since we finally reached more than 100 visitors per day on the site!! The 2nd book is also out, for those of you interested in scientific writing, make sure to visit soon, I'm having back to school sales on both books at the moment. Well a part from this I have been drowning in work from the MBA, my bio-entrepreneur courses, the thesis writing, the last analysis to perform, the last articles to publish, etc... On the bright side, I finally have a date for the thesis presentation and it's going to be on Thursday October 7th, in my hospital, so you're all welcome to attend if you want.
Bouchon and the kids are doing great. I have to post pics of the kittens. They grew up so much it's incredible! They're only a bit more than 3 months old and they look like adults already. We are parleying now with the landlord about buying the house, but nothing is sure still. It's such a old house but so charming, I love it!
So now tell me, how was YOUR summer??!
